From:
New York City - Lincoln Tunnel Westbound to Tonnele Avenue. Stay to the right and
proceed south on Tonnele Avenue to Manhattan Avenue. Follow exit to right and
follow the signs to Kennedy Boulevard. At Kennedy Boulevard turn right and proceed
south to Newark Avenue. Make a left onto Newark Avenue and drive 1/4 mile to
the Administration Building on the right hand side.

Follow signs to Jersey City - Kennedy
Boulevard. Go to traffic light and turn left onto Baldwin Avenue. Go to the
next light turn right onto Newark Avenue. The Administration building is on
the left.

Route 280
Follow signs for Jersey City exit.
Go 1.5 miles straight and follow the signs to Kennedy Boulevard. At the light
you will be at Newark Avenue. Proceed straight and go through the next light.
The Administration building is on the right side.

Route 3
Follow signs for Tonnele Avenue.
Proceed south and take the Manhattan Avenue exit. Proceed straight to Kennedy
Boulevard. Turn right and go south on Kennedy Boulevard. At the 8th traffic
light make a left hand turn onto Newark Avenue. The Administration building
will be on the right hand side.

78 East Take I-78 East via exit number 21A toward New York
City. Merge onto US-1 & 9 N/US-9 North. Turn right onto
Van Wagenen Avenue. Turn left onto ST. Paul's Avenue. Turn slight right onto
State Highway/NJ-139 East. Turn slight right onto Summit Avenue. Turn slight
left onto Newark Avenue. The Administration buliding is on the left.
